Track Your Power…
The Energy Scorecard
"You can't optimize what you don't measure. Time to score your chi..."
It's Friday.
End of the week.
And I need to ask you a CRITICAL question:
How strong is your chi?
Most people answer: "I don't know." Or "Pretty good, I guess."
But here's the problem with those answers:
They're VAGUE.
And vague awareness creates vague results.
You can't optimize what you don't measure.
You can't improve what you don't track.
You can't transform what you don't assess.
This week you learned:
- Monday: How to accumulate chi through proper breath rhythm
- Wednesday: How to recharge every 90 minutes with the Five-Minute Chi Boost
Both POWERFUL protocols.
But protocols without MEASUREMENT?
They're just... activities.
You do them. You feel something. Maybe.
But you don't know if they're WORKING.
You don't know where you're strong.
You don't know where the gaps still exist.
That's why today we're introducing:
The Chi Power Assessment.
This is a 5-MINUTE weekly practice that measures your electromagnetic field strength and energy capacity.
Not just "how you feel."
But SPECIFIC, tangible indicators of your chi development.
Because here's the truth I learned after 30+ years:
Chi energy is MEASURABLE.
And elite performers measure EVERYTHING.
Let me show you how:
THE CHI PALM TEST
First, you need to establish your BASELINE electromagnetic field strength.
This is the test we use in the Chi Power Blueprint to assess someone's current chi capacity.
It takes 60 seconds.
Here's how:
STEP 1: The Setup (10 seconds)
Put your hands together in a praying position.
Palms touching. Fingers together.
Take one deep breath.
STEP 2: The Separation (10 seconds)
Now, spread your hands apart.
Create a 10-15 inch gap between your palms.
Keep your hands horizontal and parallel to each other.
Relax your hands. Don't tense them.
STEP 3: The Concentration (20 seconds)
Focus your attention on your PALMS.
Try to mentally FEEL them.
Feel the temperature of the air brushing against your skin.
Feel the electromagnetic field between your hands.
STEP 4: The Movement Test (20 seconds)
Slowly move your palms toward each other—1-2 inches.
Then slowly away from each other—1-2 inches.
Back and forth. Slowly. While concentrating on the sensation.
What do you feel?
If your chi circulation is active, you'll feel:
- Magnetic pressure (pushing or pulling sensation)
- Heat between your palms
- Tingling or buzzing
- Moving air pressure (even though the air is still)
This is your ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD that your body generates.
This is chi energy.
And it's MEASURABLE.
YOUR CHI CAPACITY SCORE
Now, let's score what you just felt:
0-2 POINTS: MINIMAL CHI SENSATION
- You feel almost nothing between your palms
- No heat, no pressure, no tingling
- Your chi circulation is very low
- Status: Beginner - Need foundation training
3-5 POINTS: MODERATE CHI SENSATION
- You feel slight warmth or very faint pressure
- Sensation is inconsistent or hard to maintain
- Your chi circulation is developing but weak
- Status: Developing - Continue daily accumulation practice
6-8 POINTS: STRONG CHI SENSATION
- You feel clear magnetic pressure or heat
- Sensation is consistent and easy to recreate
- Your chi circulation is good and improving
- Status: Intermediate - Ready for advanced techniques
9-10 POINTS: POWERFUL CHI SENSATION
- You feel intense magnetic pressure between palms
- Heat, tingling, and strong "thickness" in the air
- Your chi circulation is very strong
- Status: Advanced - Continue building density and pressure
What's YOUR score right now?
Write it down: CHI PALM SCORE: _____ / 10
This is your electromagnetic field baseline.
THE THREE-DOMAIN ENERGY ASSESSMENT
But chi capacity is only ONE measurement.
True vitality mastery requires tracking THREE domains:
DOMAIN 1: PHYSICAL CHI CAPACITY
Your body's ability to accumulate, store, and circulate electromagnetic energy.
DOMAIN 2: MENTAL CHI CONTROL
Your mind's ability to direct, focus, and project chi intentionally.
DOMAIN 3: ORGAN CHI STORAGE
Your internal organs' capacity to hold and sustain chi reserves.
Most people are strong in one domain while LEAKING in another.
The martial artist: High physical chi, low mental control, can't direct it.
The meditator: High mental focus, low physical capacity, nothing to direct.
The overworker: Depleted organ reserves, no matter how much they accumulate.
Elite chi practitioners optimize ALL THREE domains.
Not just good.
OPTIMIZED.
And the only way to know where you stand?
Measure it.
Every week.
Here's the system:
THE COMPLETE CHI POWER SCORECARD
Answer these 9 questions honestly.
Rate each 1-10:
(1 = Terrible, 10 = Excellent)
DOMAIN 1: PHYSICAL CHI CAPACITY (3 Questions)
Q1: How would you rate your chi palm test sensation this week?
(From "feel nothing" to "intense magnetic pressure")
Score: _____ / 10
Q2: How would you rate your sustained energy throughout the day?
(From "constant crashes" to "8+ hours of steady power")

YOUR TOTAL CHI POWER SCORE
Add up all three domains:
Physical Chi Capacity: _____ / 30
Mental Chi Control: _____ / 30
Organ Chi Storage: _____ / 30
TOTAL CHI POWER SCORE: _____ / 90
WHAT YOUR SCORE MEANS
75-90: MASTER CHI LEVEL
Your electromagnetic field is highly developed. You're operating at advanced practitioner capacity. Focus on chi density and pressure techniques.
60-74: ADVANCED CHI LEVEL
Your chi circulation is strong and sustainable. You're ready for advanced training in projection and manipulation. Continue building nerve fiber density.
45-59: INTERMEDIATE CHI LEVEL
Your chi foundation is solid but needs consistent practice. Focus on daily accumulation and bloodwashing to increase capacity. You're on the right path.
30-44: DEVELOPING CHI LEVEL
Your chi circulation is beginning to awaken. You need systematic foundation training - breath rhythm, organ balancing, and tension-relaxation protocols daily.
0-29: BEGINNER CHI LEVEL
Your electromagnetic field is weak and needs immediate development. Start with the Chi Power Blueprint foundation system. Daily practice for 90 days minimum.
THE PATTERN ANALYSIS
Here's where this gets POWERFUL:
Most practitioners have an uneven score distribution.
Let me show you the patterns I see constantly:
PATTERN 1: The Physical Powerhouse
Physical: 25/30
Mental: 15/30
Organ: 20/30
Can generate chi but can't direct it strategically
PATTERN 2: The Mental Master
Physical: 15/30
Mental: 27/30
Organ: 18/30
Great control but weak physical capacity to work with
PATTERN 3: The Depleted Achiever
Physical: 22/30
Mental: 20/30
Organ: 12/30
Burning through reserves faster than recharging
Your pattern shows you where the LEAK is.
And where the leverage is.
Because here's what most people don't understand:
Your total chi power is limited by your WEAKEST domain.
Think about it:
If your physical capacity is 25/30 but your organ storage is 12/30...
You're not performing at 25 level.
You're performing at 12 level.
The weakest link limits the whole system.
That's why you measure ALL THREE.
THE WEEKLY OPTIMIZATION PROTOCOL
Once you have your scores, here's what you do:
STEP 1: Identify your lowest scoring domain.
That's your focus area for next week.
STEP 2: Identify your lowest scoring QUESTION within that domain.
That's your specific target.
STEP 3: Implement ONE protocol to address that specific weakness.
Not five changes. ONE focused change.
STEP 4: Retest next Friday.
Track if your score improved.
EXAMPLE:
Let's say your Chi Power Scorecard shows:
Physical Chi: 24/30
Mental Chi: 22/30
Organ Chi: 14/30
Your lowest domain: Organ Chi Storage
Within Organ Chi, your lowest score was Q2: "Chi pressure capacity" (3/10)
Your focus for next week: Build internal chi pressure
Your ONE protocol: Daily Bone Marrow Energy Packing from the Advanced Chi Video
Next Friday: Retest and see if your Q2 score improved
That's systematic optimization.
Not random. Not vague. Not "try harder."
MEASURED. TARGETED. IMPROVED.
I've been tracking my Chi Power Score every Friday for over 20 years.
Week 1 scores (back in 1994):
Physical: 18/30
Mental: 15/30
Organ: 12/30
Total: 45/90 (Intermediate Level)
This week's scores:
Physical: 28/30
Mental: 27/30
Organ: 26/30
Total: 81/90 (Master Level)
Same person.
Different measurement.
Different focus.
Different protocols.
Different CHI CAPACITY.
Here's the truth about chi development:
Vague practice creates vague results.
Specific measurement creates specific improvement.
You can't optimize what you don't measure.
And chi energy?
Chi energy is the FOUNDATION of everything else.
No chi = No sustained performance.
No chi = No mental clarity.
No chi = No influence or presence.
But when you measure it systematically...
When you identify the weak domain...
When you implement targeted protocols...
Your electromagnetic field TRANSFORMS.
And when your chi transforms?
Everything else transforms with it.
MASTER CHI MEASUREMENT & DEVELOPMENT - CHI POWER BLUEPRINT<<<
The Chi Power Scorecard is integrated throughout the Chi Power Blueprint System.
In this complete foundation training, you'll learn how to systematically build capacity in all three domains:
PHYSICAL CHI CAPACITY:
- Accumulation breathing protocols
- Distribution stretching sequences
- Tension-relaxation (Shin Chook) training
- Five Tibetan Rites for circulation
MENTAL CHI CONTROL:
- Organ Balancing visualization
- Standing Meditation for chi direction
- Lying Down Meditation for mental focus
- Chi projection techniques
ORGAN CHI STORAGE:
- Bloodwashing for nerve fiber density
- Bone Marrow Energy Packing for pressure
- Internal organ strengthening protocols
- Chi stick training for 360-degree awareness
This is systematic chi development.
Not random exercises hoping for results.
But measured, tracked, and optimized capacity building.
Because transformation without measurement is just hoping.
And elite practitioners don't hope.
They MEASURE. They TARGET. They BUILD.
Systematically.
Your Fuel-Up Friday challenge:
Complete the Chi Power Scorecard RIGHT NOW.
Do the Chi Palm Test (60 seconds).
Answer all 9 questions honestly.
Calculate your scores in each domain.
Identify your weakest area.
Then COMMIT to one specific protocol next week to improve that domain.
Measure. Target. Build.
That's how chi mastery actually works.
Not inspiration.
Not motivation.
MEASUREMENT.
Let that sink in.
To your measured power,

P.S. After you complete your Chi Power Scorecard today, reply and tell me:
- Your total score (out of 90)
- Your weakest domain
- Which specific question scored lowest
I want to know where most people are struggling so I can create targeted training content.
P.P.S. Next week we're diving into STRESS MASTERY—how to use chi energy to transform pressure into performance instead of letting it drain your electromagnetic field. Monday's topic: "The Stress Circuit"—why some stress builds your chi while other stress destroys it. This is critical for sustainable vitality. Watch for it.
