We are required (by law) to point out that the claims made are not typical of all users results. You may experience more or less. The end results are a combination of your own efforts, accurate information (which we supply) and testing of that information. It should also be understood that results are based on exercises and methods contained in these courses and the practitioner should be aware going in that this is going to take some time, effort and practice to become proficient with the techniques, concepts and methods we provide.
Velocity Group Publishing sells their courses for "information purposes" only and assumes no liability for your misuse of said information.
If you order our materials and cancel before your order has shipped, we will give you a full refund less credit card or other fees. If we've sent you anything, including the PDF file, you must follow our standard return procedures to obtain a full refund, less shipping and handling. If you refuse the package or do not complete the test and obtain a RMA number, you will receive a 50% refund, less shipping and handling.
* If you decide to have your order refunded after you have received the electronic documents, you will be assessed a $50.00 electronic documents fee prior to your refund. This is to insure our customers are buying our products to learn the valuable information and are not just curious about our methods of energy development.

Return Guarantee
We know our products work, thousands have used them over the years, but they must work for you. All we ask is that you use the products per the instructions in the course one-hour a day for 90 days-- you are the sole judge of whether the products worked or not. All audio tapes, CDs, posters, and manuals sold on our website are therefore guaranteed for 90 days. (Should your tape break, tear or wear out we will replace It for free, less shipping).
The exception is that videotapes are not returnable for a refund unless damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on other items if there is suspicion of federal and international copyright fraud.
In order to obtain a refund if you are not happy, you must follow the following procedures. Failure to follow these procedures could result in less than full credit or no credit towards your purchase. Our products are designed to help you build an increased energy level and you must do the following to qualify for our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
1. If you are dissatisfied with our products you must explain to us in writing or over the phone why you are not satisfied, and what your expectations were going into our courses?
2. Did you do the exercises for at least 30 minutes to one hour per day for at least 75 days?
3. Did you call for a 20 minute mentoring call to get the concepts to work better for you? In order to return an item, you must have contacted support at least (3) Three times for mentoring to verify that you were actually using the program.
Although our programs are informational in nature, we reserve the right to refuse that information to anyone at anytime. We also reserve the right to not return your money, if we feel that you have obtained it with the intention of de-frauding us by duplicating or copying our material. This is a violation of international copyright laws and will not be tolerated.
If however, you have given the products a try, you have spoken to someone for mentoring and they do not work for you, simply email us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) or replacement order. You will be instructed to return the product(s) with its original packaging and all printed products , tapes, CD/DVD or video case, printed tape/CD packaging).
Note- All returned products must be in resaleable condition or they will not be credited.
We will then refund the purchase price of tapes, compact discs. (less shipping and handling).
